1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing uae-mobi.com and placing an order for digital telecommunication recharge codes, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “Customer”) and UAE-Mobi Digital FZ-LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates under license number 893472.
2. Product Description & Digital Delivery
UAE-Mobi acts as an authorized digital distributor for prepaid telecommunication products. All products sold on this website are 100% digital electronic PIN codes for use on the Etisalat and Du networks in the United Arab Emirates. There is absolutely NO physical shipment of any plastic card. Upon successful payment authorization, the 14, 15, or 16-digit recharge PIN is immediately transmitted to the email address provided at checkout.
3. Fraud Prevention & Order Verification
To combat digital fraud, UAE-Mobi employs an automated, AI-driven risk analysis system. We restrict the quantity and financial volume of codes purchased by unverified accounts. We reserve the right to void, cancel, or refund any transaction that is flagged by our payment processor as potentially fraudulent, high-risk, or unauthorized without prior notice.
4. Limitation of Liability
We guarantee that all recharge codes supplied are valid, unused, and generated directly from the telecom operator. However, UAE-Mobi will not be held liable for:
- Codes that are accidentally sent to the wrong person because the Customer provided an incorrect phone number or email address during checkout.
- Codes that expire due to the Customer failing to redeem them within the validity period set by Etisalat or Du (typically 12 months minimum).
- Losses resulting from targeted phishing attacks, social engineering, or theft of the digital code from the Customer’s email inbox post-delivery.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
