1. Accepted Payment Methods

UAE-Mobi Digital FZ-LLC strives to provide a seamless and universally accessible checkout experience. We strictly process credit and debit card payments. We currently accept:

We do not accept cash on delivery (COD), bank transfers, cryptocurrencies, or physical checks. All transactions must be completed electronically via our checkout page.

2. Currency & Pricing Transparency

All prices displayed on uae-mobi.com are listed in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED) by default. If you are purchasing using an international card (e.g., a card issued in Europe, USA, or elsewhere) billed in a different currency, the final amount deducted from your account will depend on your bank’s daily exchange rate and any applicable foreign transaction fees imposed by your issuing bank, not UAE-Mobi.

The price you see at the final checkout step is the exact price our payment gateway will attempt to authorize. There are NO hidden fees, NO digital delivery surcharges, and NO processing fees added by us.

3. PCI-DSS Compliance & Data Security

Your payment security is our absolute highest priority. UAE-Mobi does NOT process, store, or transmit your raw credit card numbers through our own servers.

4. Mandatory 3D Secure Authentication

To combat unauthorized use and protect cardholders, we enforce stringent 3D Secure (3DS) authentication protocols (Verified by Visa, Mastercard Identity Check) on all applicable transactions. During checkout, you may be temporarily redirected to your card-issuing bank’s verification page to confirm the transaction via an SMS OTP (One-Time Password) or banking app approval.

If a transaction fails the 3D Secure challenge, our system will automatically decline the order to prevent fraud. We cannot manually override a 3DS rejection.

5. Failed Transactions & Declined Cards

If your payment is declined at checkout, please ensure:

  1. Your card is authorized for online and international purchases.
  2. You have sufficient funds or available credit.
  3. The billing address and CVC code entered exactly match the details on file with your bank.
  4. You correctly complete the 3D Secure verification step.

If you see a “pending” charge on your statement for a declined order, this is merely a temporary authorization hold placed by your bank. UAE-Mobi has NOT captured these funds, and the hold will automatically drop off within 3-5 business days according to your bank’s policies.
