Q: Can I use these codes outside of the UAE?

A: The codes themselves are only valid for UAE-registered Etisalat and Du SIM cards. However, you can purchase them from anywhere in the world and send the PIN to a friend or family member in the UAE to redeem.

Q: Can I get a refund if I bought the wrong network code?

A: No. Due to the digital nature of the codes, all sales are final upon delivery. We cannot refund or exchange codes once they are sent. Please carefully verify whether you need Etisalat or Du before completing your payment.
